There are four BASIC ways to Make Money Online
Selling Ad Space
Owning websites and placing ads on them. When someone clicks on the ad or performs an action required by the advertiser, YOU GET PAID.
Selling Digital Products and Services
Selling ebooks, programs, software etc, almost all affiliate income, unless you develop your own product, providing leads to advertisers, CPA Marketing….when someone buys YOU GET PAID
Selling Hard Goods and Services
Ebay and dropshipping. When someone buys one of your products YOU GET PAID
Selling Your Time
Filling out forms, taking surveys, writing articles for others, etc. Do it and YOU GET PAID.
Now there are others, but these are the most basic you should start out with.
*************************************************************************************************
Basic Tools Needed to Start Making Money Online
1. PayPal Account
If you don’t have a PayPal account its like walking out of the house with an empty wallet. You basically can’t do anything online today unless you are willing to spend at least a little money, and PayPal, for better or worse, is really the only game in town, in terms of paying for the products and services you’ll need, and hopefully, eventually, collecting your money you make online.
2. You NEED at least 1 Domain Name and a Hosting Plan. I use HostGator personally, but there are many that can do the job, WebHostingPad,? BlueHost,? or? iPowerweb,? which also also sells domain names as cheap as Godaddy. The one thing that your host MUST give you, at a minimum, is auto installation of the WordPress Blogging Software. NOTE: I would definately avoid Godaddy for hosting, they don’t even give you a cPanel.
3. An Easy Website Builder Program, “WebSiteWizard” is what I use. Now you can also opt to go with the website building software you web host will provide, they all provide one or more.
WebsiteWizard Free trial available here
4. A Google Adsense Account
If your going to have a website or a blog, which if you want to make money online is a must, you are going to want to use Google Adsense. Google place ads on your website or blog and when some one clicks on one of those ads you make money. There are alternatives to Adsense but you should at least start with them
5. An Ebook Creator, EbookGold is probably the best for the money, unless you want to spend $500+ on Adobe acrobat. Free Trial of EbookGold available here
You can get a cheaper version that does most of what the one above does here
For ebook covers try DynamiteCovers, Free Trial available here
6. An Auto Responder, the most popular are:
GetResponse.com
Aweber.com
1stShoppingCart
7. **Sign up For Affiliate Accounts, ——-THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!**
The most popular and the ones you really NEED, if you want to give yourself a fighting chance are:
CLICKBANK
Amazon
Commission Junction (cj.com)
PayDotCom.com
8. An ad Tracker to maximize your sites ad and CPA campaign revenue Free Trail available here (optional if you are just starting out) Free trail available here
That’s pretty much it. Now if you can’t spend the money to obtain these tools, you might want to consider holding off until you can, because this really is the most basic stuff.
Cheers
PS:? A note on the Free Trials.
Many people think Free Trials are a scam because they usually ask for your credit card number upfront. Free trials are not scams. If you decide you don’t want to use the product and then don’t put the minimal effort in to cancel the Free Trial before it ends, it’s really your fault, not the company’s that is offerring the Free Trial. DON’T BE LAZY, if you want to cancel, just do it!.

It is recommended to use keywords in page titles itself. This title tag is different from a Meta tag, but it’s worth considering it in relation to them. Whatever text one places in the title tag (between the <title> and </title> portions) will appear in the title bar of browsers when they view the web page. Some browsers also append whatever you put in the title tag by adding their own name, as for example Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or OPERA. The actual text you use in the title tag is one of the most important factors in how a search engine may decide to rank your web page. In addition, all major web crawlers will use the text of your title tag as the text they use for the title of your page in your listings. If you have designed your website as a series of websites or linked pages and not just a single Home Page, you must bear in mind that each page of your website must be search engine optimized. The title of each page i.e. the keywords you use on that page and the phrases you use in the content will draw traffic to your site. The unique combination of these words and phrases and content will draw customers using different search engine terms and techniques, so be sure you capture all the keywords and phrases you need for each product, service or information page. The most common mistake made by small business owners when they first design their website is to place their business name or firm name in every title of every page. Actually most of your prospective customers do not bother to know the name of your firm until after they have looked at your site and decided it is worth book marking. So, while you want your business name in the title of the home page, it is probably a waste of valuable keywords and space to put it in the title line of every page on your site. Why not consider putting keywords in the title so that your page will display closer to the top of the search engine listing. Dedicating first three positions for keywords in title avoiding the stop words like ‘and’, ‘at’ and the like is crucial in search engine optimization.

Wild SEO is the newest membership site to take the net by storm.
Does this mean it is a good product? Not necessarily, but in this case, Wild SEO now.definitely is.
In order to make money online you need traffic to your product or service. Its really just that simple. I’ve said before and I’ll say it again. More traffic = More Sales. It’s very easy to understand.
Look, there are 3 ways to get this traffic:
- Buy It via methods such as PPC
- Borrow it from methods such as Joint Ventures
- Build FREE Traffic using search engine optimization (SEO)
Wild SEO is all about building your traffic for free. Does that alone make this membership worth its weight in gold? Absolutely. Anything that is going to help me send traffic to my blogs and websites for free is well worth the measly $49.99 these guys are charging.
Is Wild SEO for you?
Definitely. There is no one who is trying to make money online that won’t benefit from this membership. Unless you are an SEO expert, and I am pretty sure 99% of you aren’t, yet, you will value everything you’ll get from Wild SEO.
One of the great and useful parts of Wild SEO is its interactive forum, providing all members a way to meet and share ideas. While there are a wealth of existing marketing forums available for beginners to learn from, the surrounding content is usually a distraction and takes away from the visitors initial reason for participating. Wild SEO helps members remain focused on SEO and learning how to drive organic search engine traffic to their online efforts.
Is it worth the $49.99? Or to put it another way, is it worth $0.14 per day? Come on!, you’ll pay more for one click on an Adwords Campaign. So is it worth it? Definitely. Check out Wild SEO now.

I was lucky enough to have built an offline business that I was offered the right price for at the right time. That being said, had I not have been that lucky, I can tell you one thing…………..there ain’t no way in hell I’d be working online. It is simply easier to make money offline. It really is, now if you are taking about starting a new business offline, well thats alot like starting a blog, or an SEO Service, or whatever!!. Blogs, websites, whatever, are all businesses, including this blog, and they need to be looked at that way.
Now don’t get me wrong, there are probably about 2 dozen “Gugus”(intentionally misspelled) that are actually making over $100,000 a month in the “make money online” niche, and I’m only talking about selling and producing affiliate products in the “make money online” niche.
For all we know they have other online business. Maybe they actually own a hosting company, for example. I mean don’t get me wrong, guys like the Davies Brothers, Howie Schwartz and a others are generating some real money, I’m talking above an beyond $100,000 a month.
But it just seems to me that whenever a “new product” comes out from “new, young, (supposedly) successful internet marketers” they start making ridiculious claims. Now I could see some people try and show a snippet of time, during which they actually did make big money, but was all or even any of it profit.
Think about it for a second. They show what was made during “testing”………hmm?
Lets get something straight here, these guys are sharp marketers , and they know the legality of marketing. As long as they don’t use the word “profit”, to decribe their screenshots, they are good. Now if it really is profit they legally label it “profit”, but look closer next time. The most respected internet marketers almost never attache a number and a picture to the same word, “profit”.
Ok, so its not profit, what is it?
It’s sales, before expenses, or as used here, a marketing tool, at least that’s what I blieve. Listen if I’m planning to sell a big product on clickbank, what stops me from essentially buying from myself, especially during testing. I mean all you need is two corporations and it may be legal. I gotta say though, the online world is like the wild west, there aren’t enough sherrifs in town. They can say they were testing their internal cost/payment system or marketing system. Of course, that’s the nefarious way of doing it. You could just spend a lot of money on an Adwords capaign, but then it wouldn’t be testing, would it?
No, I think it’s more a question of, how much did it cost them to generate those “Clickbank Screenshot Sales“ , thats just part of the cost of marketing and therefore, a common cost of any business. I don’t, for a second believe the real “Gugus” are producing phoney clickbank screenshots, ther’s too much exposure.
I think it is reasonable, for anyone, with enough capital, to eventually make $10,000 -$25,000 per month, especially when you build in say, a succesful ebay business, which a lot, more than you think, are still very quietly doing and making nice money.
So whats the point of all of this? This is not the “make money online” niche.
This is the “tell/help/teach people ho to (supposedly) make money online” niche. For someone to be believed in this niche they are required to appear successful, otherwise why would anyone buy their products?
Are all actually as succesful as they portray themselves, I seriously doubt it.
Of course it could all be about me dealing with the fact that I’m only tickling $10,000 a month, on average, while all these quasi teenagers are making a hundred grand a month, but again I doubt it.
You know offline you can usually believe your eyes.
Online, I you really cdon’t know what you can believe.

Unfortunately, that’s what a lot of bloggers say after only a month or two of starting a blog. People today, especially people just starting out online, are looking for “instant gratification”. This simply doesn’t exist on the web, contrary to what the “gugus” (intentionally misspelled), it takes time to build the readership of your blog. It takes work, there’s that four letter word again, but it is the truth.
No matter what niche you are in you have to be patient and execute your plan…… What you don’t have a plan?
That’s your first mistake. when building a blog, before you buy your domain name
, before you get you hosting account , before you pick out your template, you need to write down, in a Business Journal, your goals for the blog project. The way you want to monetize your blog. How are you going to get traffic to your blog? How will you capture leads and newsletter subscribers. Figure out what you are going to promote, Clickbank, Amazon, CPA or any other affiliate products, or your own product. The best answer to this is, by the way, is probably a combination of all of them.
Dedication, Desire, and Preparation
Realize that its going to take time. Make sure you really, really have the desire to accomplish your goals. Properly prepare and research your niche before you type even one word of copy.
This blog is almost exactly one month old. Want to know how much money I’ve made from it?….. $467.85
Ok, everybody is saying “that’s it?”.
Sorry, Wrong Attitude completely. I just entered this “make money online niche” so $450 bucks for the first month in such a competitive niche, isn’t that bad, in my opinion, of course I am a realist.
Now there will be times when even after correctly doing all your planning and preparation, the project just doesn’t work. Take for example this forex site I set up in July. I made my plan, I decided how to implement it and guess what?…….it just hasn’t worked out for a number of reasons. So instead of abandoning the site, I am now selling it, just trying to recoup my investment or part of it, at least.
Just remember, making money online, is a business. You wouldn’t abandon an offline business after a month or two would you?
Patience, perseverence, and preparation are the things you have to be dedicated about. If not your online business ventures will not succeed.
This is a product by Yaro Starak, a real Guru, when it comes to blogging, that you should check out.
Peace

Well there are a few answers to why 95% of people fail at making money online in my opinion, but the #1 reason, I think, is a very simple one.
“Information Overload”
There is simply too much information to absorb at one time, especially in the “make money online” niche.
Have you ever been to a carnival? Or even better, a bazaar a foreign country. All the vendors are barking out their products and prices at you all at the same time. You end up walking out with a bunch of junk or with nothing at all, rarely do you leave with something you really wanted or needed.
Well, the Internet has turned into a “virtual Morrocan bazaar“. Whether you are a complete newbie or even have a little experience, getting bogged down trying to juggle 10 projects at once will doom you to failure.
If you are just starting out, my advice is to pick ONE project you want to work on. Whether it be a blog, marketing a particular product, whatever, just pick one and put all your effort into that one project. Test it out, and if you see its making you some money then ramp it up to make you more.
Now if you see after two or three months that it is not generating a reasonable profit for you, dump it, don’t waste your time on it anymore, just move on to a different project, but still keep it at one project, until you find one that’s making you money.
Once you have established yourself with that one project and you’ve tweaked it, optimized it, and done everything you can to make sure it producing the most money it can for you, then, and only then, should you move on to adding another project to your business.
Believe or not, this is also a very low stress way to start an online business, and you’ll actually enjoy what you are doing.
When I started out I was trying 20 different things at once and doing all of them badly. Once I realized that I was being caught in the “Internet Marketer’s Web” of Information Confusion, I put everything aside for a week and then started to look for that one project I was most interested in. Luckily for me that first one did become profitable, but the second and third were duds. Nevertheless I approached the second and third ones individually and not at the same time. I was able to realize they had very little potential relatively quickly and moved on.
Number four was a hit. I nurtured it, optimized it, tweaked it, then optimized it some more until it basically ran itself. Now I had two businesses online. So it was time to look for another business, or income stream, I like to call them, and the cycle repeated itself.
As I’ve said before my niches previous to this try at the “make money online” niche, are Web Hosting and SEO. I have more than one income stream for both niches so I felt I had done all I could in those markets and that is why I started this blog in this particular niche. It may do well, it may fall flat on its face, I’ll know that by February or March I believe, but because I approached my previous businesses they way I did, I can now afford to give this one more time to develop, especially since this niche is so competitive.
Peace
